This activity is mainly geared towards organisations and institutions with the objective of providing methods and systems of analysis in complex organisational situations. IAVANTE Consultancy deals with four large fields of activity: - Accident and Emergency: analysis and functional organisation of Services; plans of action or structural definition of resources in the in-hospital and out-of-hospital sectors. - Skills Mapping: implementation and/or evaluation of general people management policies or specific policies (systems for the evaluation of professionals, selection processes, payment systems, development plans, etc). - Information Systems: considering technological strategy a fundamental policy in present-day organisations, this type of consultancy includes needs analysis projects, technology action plans, change management, etc.
- Training Management Consultancy: this line of consultancy is focused on assessment, implementation and/or diagnosis; providing companies with professional and/or technological tools for the optimisation of areas related to the operative management of continuous training for professionals and human resources.
